Key Account Manager Position

This role is responsible for establishing strategic relationships with travel agents, ensuring maximum brand presence and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will identify and onboard new travel agent partners, ensure platform adoption, and provide expert support to existing partners.

The role involves meeting travel agents across various locations, providing market insights, metrics analysis, and recommendations based on industry best practices.

  • Business Development: Responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key partners, and negotiating contracts.
  • Customer Engagement: Fostering strong partnerships with travel agents, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions to drive growth and retention.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Establishing sales plans, tracking market trends, and analyzing customer behavior to inform business decisions.
  • Negotiation and Contracting: Building trust with customers through effective communication, negotiation, and contract management.

Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution with 2-6 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Key Account Management, or similar fields.

Ambitious and results-driven individuals with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
