Job Title: Corporate Sales Manager - Growth and Expansion

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Sales Manager to join our team at Stemford India Pvt. Ltd.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify key markets and corporate clients for our product, and develop business plans to achieve revenue goals.
  • Grow net revenue in the market by analyzing weekly reports, negotiating and securing market deals, and merchandising all deals on our sites.
  • Maintain key accounts by conducting weekly competitive analysis, reporting findings, and making adjustments to optimize progress toward weekly, monthly, and annual targets.
  • Establish and maintain supplier relationships, and plan and execute market site visits.
  • Lead Business Development Teams to ensure team targets are met collectively and individually.
  • Develop a Marketing Strategy to sell to prospective corporate clients.

Requirements:

  • 7 to 10 years of hardcore corporate experience.
  • Education: MBA (Sales/MKT).
  • Salary: Up to 10 L/No Bar.
  • Male/Female both preferred.

Avoid:

  • Non-luxury segments.
  • Distribution sales.
  • Weak English spoken skill.
