**Job Title:** Technical Project Manager


**About the Role:


We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading project delivery and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.


**Responsibilities:


  • Facilitate custom application development projects using Agile methodology.
  • Coordinate with project teams, business teams, scrum teams, technical teams, and end-users to achieve corporate deliverables on time.
  • Capture meeting notes and track action items.
  • Interact with various stakeholders including Business Process Engineers, Systems Analysts, UX Developers, and Project Managers.
  • Collaborate with IT and Business teams to ensure high delivery standards.
  • Understand web and mobile development languages (AWS Cloud, Angular, JavaScript, .Net, HTML5/CSS, SAP) and work with them to meet business requirements.
  • Handle team dynamics and ensure effective team collaboration.
  • Possess sound knowledge in SAFe Agile practice and have good communication skills.
  • Prototyping mindset with a focus on Design Thinking/Design Sprint approaches.

**Requirements:


  • Total Enterprise experience of 10+ years.
  • 5+ years in collaborative project delivery with a technical background and experience handling projects in Agile mode.
  • Bachelor's or Post Graduate degree in science or engineering.
  • MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.

**Skills and Qualifications:


  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word).
  • Experienced with Atlassian JIRA for project management.
  • Ability to deliver prototypes/proof of concepts in design sprint mode.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills to meet challenging timelines.
  • Ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust.
