Service Now Technical Lead ????Location: Chennai, Coimbatore, Pune, BangaloreExperience: 7+ Years overall IT experience with strong Service Now expertiseAbout the RoleWe are seeking a Service Now Technical Lead to guide development teams and deliver high-quality Service Now solutions across ITOM, HRSD, and ITAM modules. The role requires strong hands-on skills, team leadership, and the ability to align technical delivery with business needs.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor developers to deliver scalable Service Now solutions.Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to define technical requirements.Implement and configure ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, Event Management), HRSD, and ITAM modules.Design and develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations.Ensure adherence to coding standards, performance, and platform best practices.Review code, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical guidance.Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance.Required Skills & Experience7+ years of IT experience with at least 6+ years in Service Now.Hands-on expertise in ITOM, HRSD, and ITAM modules.Proficiency in Service Now scripting (Java Script, Glide API, Flow Designer).Strong knowledge of CMDB design, integrations, and ITIL processes.Experience with Service Now integrations using REST, SOAP, and Integration Hub.Strong communication, team leadership, and problem-solving skills.
