Senior Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our team in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.

  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the Financial and Accounting (F&A) domain, with a proven track record of leading transformation programs across various sub-processes, including Manual Journals, Fixed Asset, and Reconciliation.
  • They should possess strong project management skills, with the ability to drive large-scale transformations, manage client discussions, and deliver required business value and productivity.
  • A Certified Black Belt with experience in driving Robotic Process Automation (RPA) programs and deploying RPA across platforms is essential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Designing, implementing, testing, and completing all in-scope Continuous Improvement (CI) Projects;
  • Engaging and leveraging Lean Six Sigma practices and processes;
  • Supporting Operations to meet key transformation objectives of clients and deliver required business value and productivity;
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Certified Black Belt;
  • Experience in driving RPA programs and deploying RPA across platforms;
  • Extensive experience in the F&A domain and having led transformation across all sub-processes like Manual Journals, Fixed Asset, Reconciliation, etc.
  • Experience in driving continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma Methodology;
  • Project Management skills - Strong Influencing skills and clarity of thought on effective project management are required;
  • F&A Domain - OTC;
  • PMO Experience;
  • Client facing consulting experience;
