As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for planning and managing the day-to-day allocation of resources, equipment, personnel, materials, and systems in an Effluent Treatment Plant.

You will ensure the implementation of operational discipline, Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) procedures, and safe work practices to maintain a smooth-running plant.

The successful candidate will plan and execute planned and unplanned maintenance activities to optimize plant reliability.

We are seeking a candidate with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Bio-Chemistry/Bio-Technology, Chemistry, or Environmental Science
  • Masters' degree in Environmental Engineering, Bio-Chemistry/Bio-Technology, Chemical Engineering & Materials Science, Chemistry, Industrial & Systems Engineering, or Environmental Science

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues efficiently.
