Effluent Treatment Plant Operations Manager

Our team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Effluent Treatment Plant Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Effluent Treatment Plants.

  • Responsibilities:
  • - Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize plant performance, minimize downtime, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • - Supervise a team of operators and engineers to ensure smooth plant operation, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and provide guidance on best practices.
  • - Manage maintenance activities, including planned and unplanned outages, to maintain plant reliability and efficiency.
  • - Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for process enhancements.
  • - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration and execution of projects.

Requirements:

Candidate Profile:

  • - Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • - Minimum 5 years of experience in managing effluent treatment plants, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
  • - Strong understanding of wastewater treatment processes, including chemical and biological treatment methods.
  • - Excellent leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and direct teams effectively.
  • - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
