Operate, monitor, and maintain plant equipment, including reactors, mixers, pumps, and filtration systems. Adjust controls to regulate the flow of raw materials, temperature, pressure, and other process variables.
- Perform routine sampling and testing to ensure product quality meets specified standards. Document and report any deviations from quality standards and initiate corrective actions.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and participate in safety training sessions. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, including proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure efficient operation. Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions,
- Collaborating with maintenance personnel for repairs. Keep accurate maintenance logs and records.
- Maintain detailed records of production activities, including operating conditions, test results, and equipment maintenance. Prepare and submit production and incident reports as required.
- Work closely with other plant operators, supervisors, and maintenance personnel to ensure smooth production processes. Participate in shift handovers and communicate any issues or important information to the incoming shift.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and implement changes as directed.

Pay: ₹20,088.12 - ₹32,352.35 per month
