Job Title: ETP Shift Operations Manager
">As a ETP Shift Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Effluent Treatment Plant. This includes managing resources, equipment, personnel, materials, and systems to ensure smooth plant operation.
">The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and be able to implement operational discipline, health, safety, and environmental (HSE) procedures, as well as safe work practices.
">Key responsibilities include:

- Managing day-to-day operations, including planning, allocation of resources, and troubleshooting of operational issues">
- Implementing maintenance activities, both planned and unplanned">
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies">
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve plant reliability and efficiency">
- Preparing weekly and monthly variance reports">
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">The successful candidate will have:
">- A bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Bio-Chemistry, or a related field
">- A master's degree in Environmental Science, Bio-Chemistry, or a related field is preferred
">- Relevant experience in ETP operations and management
">- Strong leadership and communication skills
