Leadership Role for Technology & Data Science

We are seeking a full-time technology leader with managerial responsibilities to provide strategic direction for our India operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams of software engineers, data scientists, and other technical staff involved in the development of clinically relevant solutions.
  • Develop and manage AI and NLP-based analytics products with an end-user clinical and care management perspective.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of full-stack software solutions for health risk, clinical summarization, and health equity analytics.
  • Design and implement internal service tools and platforms that process healthcare datasets, EHR, claim, and care management data.
  • Optimize team performance and results by continuously improving project management tools and processes.
  • Encourage innovation and out-of-the-box thinking.
  • Transform ideas from high-level business problem statements to practical data- and AI-driven health analytics.
  • Grow a team of skilled and dedicated professionals through selective hiring and integration.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in leading teams, team building, coaching, and mentoring.
  • At least 10+ years of software engineering experience, including maintaining/operating at least one software product for 2+ years.
  • At least 5+ years of hands-on experience with cloud computing and/or data processing and/or data science.
  • Extensive leadership experience and excellent communication skills in English.

Required Skills:

  • Executive presence and ability to interface effectively with stakeholders.
  • Degree in computer science, math, statistics, or another engineering field.
  • Strong software security focus and mindset.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience working with healthcare data and/or in the healthcare domain.
