Delivering Exceptional Guest Experiences

As a Guest Relations Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for clients and visitors. Your role will involve ensuring seamless interactions, embodying the company's brand image.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome visitors, fostering a positive first impression.
  • Manage front desk operations efficiently, including walk-in inquiries, calls, and appointment scheduling.
  • Collaborate with sales and CRM teams to provide exceptional customer service, handling client interactions, documentation, and follow-ups.
  • Communicate project-related information to visitors and guide them to relevant departments.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Address client feedback, queries, and escalate issues for prompt resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of client visits, inquiries, and interactions for reporting purposes.
  • Support site visits, events, and promotional activities.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
  • Pleasant personality, confident, and customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to handle client interactions with professionalism and empathy.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Previous experience in real estate, hospitality, or front desk roles is beneficial.
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
