
Guest Relations Coordinator

About the Role:
- This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring they have a positive and memorable experience.
The Guest Relations Coordinator will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling phone calls and messages, and assisting with administrative tasks. This includes maintaining and organizing files, records, and documents, as well as supporting property management tasks such as inventory checks and procurement of monthly supplies.
The role also involves contributing to food and beverage services to ensure guest satisfaction, issuing invoices, and assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks. Travel to other properties may be required.
Requirements:To be successful in this role, candidates should have a minimum of 6 months of industrial training or relevant experience in hospitality. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as is flexibility and enthusiasm for traveling across India.
Fresh graduates from Hotel Management programs are preferred. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment and provide outstanding customer service at all times.
