Job Title: Senior Brand Ambassador

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and collaborating with industry influencers to enhance brand reputation and drive sales.

  • Strategic Partnership Development:
    • Utilize data-driven methods to identify key partners who align with the brand's target audience and campaign objectives.
  • Proactive Relationship Building:
    • Nurture relationships with key partners through personalized communication and foster trust to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Campaign Execution and Coordination:
    • Lead the execution of influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless integration and effective collaboration with internal teams.
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
    • Monitor key performance indicators throughout campaign duration and analyze metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Generate comprehensive reports detailing campaign performance and provide actionable insights for future initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing or related roles, with a proven track record of successfully executing influencer campaigns.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with influencers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills and experience managing contracts and agreements.
  • Proactive mindset with a high level of accountability and ownership of work.
