Hospitality Ambassador

This role requires an individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and prior experience in hospitality, food and beverage, or guest relations.

• Greet and welcome guests warmly, creating a lasting first impression.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and guest seating efficiently.
• Assist guests with menu queries, special requests, and dietary needs.
• Build strong relationships with regular guests and recognize VIP customers.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
