Job Title

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Proposal Manager to lead the development of compelling proposals that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Bid Development
  • Craft winning proposal strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Evaluate bid response expectations and develop clear win themes.
  • Create detailed timelines, assign roles, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Maintain compliance with legal and regulatory requirements throughout the proposal process.
  • Lead Solutioning and Commercial discussions to ensure effective proposal content.
  • Review and refine proposals for clarity, consistency, and overall impact.
  • Follow up with clients after proposal submission and manage contract execution.
Content Creation
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of technical and functional specifications related to advertising/content production/retail activation.
  • Publish and review pitch responses, ensuring all services are included.
  • Maintain a data repository with updated case studies and company information.
Team Leadership
  • Provide expert guidance on creative production and retail activation operations.
  • Assign job flows, mentor team members as needed, and attend internal meetings.
