We are seeking a skilled professional to craft compelling proposals that secure contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage RFP/RFQ/RFI responses, ensuring timely submissions and effective bid management.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to create customer-specific sales collateral, including capability presentations, case studies, and solution documents.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and propose innovative solutions to enhance services and product functionality.
  • Assist the sales team in developing account penetration strategies and implementing account-specific sales plans.

Successful candidates will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in pre-sales and proposal writing, preferably in an IT services or staffing company.
  • Strong understanding of US Federal government contracting, SLED contracting, and federal procurement regulations (FAR and DFARS).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Hands-on experience in proposal writing, capture management, lead generation, and bid management.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience working with US Federal government contracting, contract vehicles, GWACs, GSA Platform & IDIQs.
  • Knowledge of portals such as SAM.GOV, GovTribe, GovWIN, FedConnect & GSA, and FPDS.
  • Ability to navigate and obtain information from stakeholders to design compelling solutions and proposals.
