Key Position: Oracle HCM Core HR Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our organization in optimizing existing configurations and ensuring seamless user experiences. This role is pivotal in driving success through expert guidance on Oracle HCM Core HR.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as an authority on Oracle HCM Core HR, encompassing Enterprise Structures, Legal Entities, Business Units, Jobs, Positions, Grades, and foundational HR setups.
  • Configure and personalize Redwood pages using Visual Builder Studio Express Mode and Business Rules to align with business requirements.
  • Implement and manage HCM security components, including roles, security profiles, and Areas of Responsibility (AORs).
  • Configure and troubleshoot approval workflows, Journeys, and notifications.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Oracle's quarterly updates, focusing on new Redwood features and mandatory migration timelines.
  • Evaluate the impact of new features and changes on existing configurations and customizations.
Tasks and Deliverables:
  • Conduct thorough testing (SIT/UAT) in non-production environments to ensure a smooth transition with each upgrade.

Requirements:
A strong background in Oracle HCM Core HR, coupled with expertise in configuring and personalizing Redwood pages and managing HCM security components.
