Job Overview

DSP Fund is seeking a skilled and results-driven Sales Growth Strategist to drive Mutual Fund Sales through Banks, IFAs, Wealth counters, and National Distributors & Direct Clients.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and channel partners to increase market share for DSPAM.
  • Conduct meetings with clients/associates to understand their needs and provide relevant feedback up the chain.
  • Build long-term core assets through incremental net sales.
  • Execute sales plans and meet set targets.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Capital market knowledge and relevant industry experience.
  • Strong communication skills to convince stakeholders within and outside the firm.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Power Point).
  • NISM VA certification or ability to complete certification before joining.

About You

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the industry.
  • Any Graduate/Post Graduate degree.
