Duties and Responsibilities:

The Sales Growth Professional will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients across various channels. This includes conducting meetings with clients and associates to understand their needs and providing relevant feedback to management.

The role also involves developing and maintaining relationships with clients that generate future sales and repeat business, as well as executing sales plans and meeting set targets. Additionally, the Sales Growth Professional will refer client feedback and competitor activities to management, enabling timely responses to changing market conditions.

The ideal candidate will possess capital market knowledge and relevant industry experience, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They should also have a positive attitude, be self-motivated, and confident. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) is also essential, as well as NISM VA certification or a willingness to obtain it before joining.
