About the Role

This role presents an exceptional opportunity to work on impactful projects that enhance reliability and reduce manual effort through automation.

As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you will leverage your experience across various SRE practices, helping to maintain resilient, distributed systems and automate processes to protect critical services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Automating manual and repetitive tasks to contribute to resilient and reliable systems.
  • Developing self-healing infrastructure solutions to drive operational efficiency and reduce incidents.
  • Creating and maintaining automation and tools to promote system performance and uptime.
  • Supporting post-release validation and operational readiness for new deployments.
  • Providing occasional support outside of standard hours as needed for major releases or critical changes.
  • Designing infrastructure following best practices for scalability, fault tolerance, and security.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Professional experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or related technical roles.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, DynamoDB, Aurora RDS PostgreSQL, and AWS OpenSearch.
  • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
  • Experience with containerization using Docker, with Kubernetes skills considered a plus.
  • Familiarity with configuration management tools like Puppet, Ansible, or comparable systems.
  • Experience with monitoring, alerting, and observability tools.
