Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Content and Technical Writer to join our team. As a key member of our writing team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality user assistance deliverables that enable users to effectively use SAP software.

  • User Assistance Deliverables:
  • Create user manuals, guides, tutorials, and other documentation that clearly explain how to use SAP software.
  • Develop and maintain terminology, UI texts, in-app help, API references, and social media content.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure the quality and accuracy of your deliverables.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Content and Technical Writer is required.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of Windows operating systems, including troubleshooting common issues.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficient in PC troubleshooting methodologies and remote access tools.
