Technical Writer Needed

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced technical writer to create user assistance deliverables that enable users to deploy, administer and use SAP software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing UA deliverables including terminology, UI texts, guides, multimedia, scripts, in-app help, tutorials, API references and social media content.
  • Testing the software described in UA deliverables.
  • Contributing to the usability of the software by reviewing UI screens and texts.
  • Structuring content and selecting distribution channels according to the information needs of target groups.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to improve the quality of deliverables.
  • Preparing content for delivery, including metadata, following a standard production process.

About the Job:

  • This is a full-time position based in Coimbatore, India.
  • The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of project management experience.
  • A strong understanding of Windows operating systems, including troubleshooting common issues, is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a user-friendly manner, are essential.
  • Active listening skills and a genuine desire to help others are necessary.
  • Proficiency in PC troubleshooting methodologies and remote access tools is expected.
