Job Title: Staffing Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic professional to lead our recruitment efforts and drive the placement of top talent. As a Staffing Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment plans to meet client needs.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Lead a team of recruiters and coordinators, providing coaching and guidance to enhance performance and productivity.
  • Analyze data and metrics to optimize hiring processes and resource allocation.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in contract staffing.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations related to contract staffing.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with ability to build relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Ability to assess staffing metrics and make data-driven decisions.
