Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Strategist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in condition-based maintenance techniques, analysis, and troubleshooting of rotating equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed analysis of condition-based data to identify potential issues and prevent equipment failure.
  • Monitor and analyze condition monitoring vibration oil analysis wear particle thermography etc. and troubleshoot rotating equipment issues.
  • Develop and implement corrective actions recommendation on observed fault defect initial damage report to Maintenance follow up and closing.
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance team to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime.
  • Provide update review support for best condition monitoring practice documents.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
  • Accredited Vibration Analysis training Cat I.
  • Knowledge of Condition Monitoring Data system like CSI Emerson SKF and GE System1 SmartSignal various oil analysis techniques wear particles thermography etc.
  • Formal trainings in Condition Monitoring subject's techniques from vendors consultants reputed technical training institutes.
  • Certification in condition monitoring techniques.
  • Overall Experience of 4-6 years along with at least 2-3 years of Condition Monitoring in a Power Refinery Petrochemical Industry.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
