**Senior Finance Manager Role Overview**: We are seeking a highly accomplished and strategic Senior Finance Manager to lead our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in financial consolidation, statutory compliance, and robust financial reporting.


**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead the consolidation of financial statements for multiple entities and ensure accurate preparation of standalone financials as per Indian Accounting Standards (IND AS).
  • Oversee and meticulously review intercompany transactions, re-measurements, and sophisticated cost center allocations.
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of all financial data used for reporting.

**Statutory Compliance & Audit Management:**

  • Assume full responsibility for handling Statutory Audits from planning through successful completion.
  • Ensure comprehensive compliance with all Statutory Compliances, including Tax Deducted at Source (TDS), Customs, Income Tax, and GST Compliance specifically for our entity/unit.
  • Act as the primary liaison with external Auditors, tax consultants, and other financial advisors, managing relationships and ensuring timely information exchange.

**Financial Operations & Control:**

  • Drive the accurate reconciliation of various bank accounts and ledgers, performing rigorous scrutiny to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Oversee the verification of fixed assets and the meticulous maintenance of the Fixed Assets Register (FAR).
  • Implement and enhance internal financial controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data accuracy.
