Job Title: Website UI/UX Designer

Location: Remote (Work from Home Opportunity)

Experience Level: Entry Level, **Minimum of 1 Years of UI/UX design experience** required

**Responsibilities**:

- User Experience Design:_
- Understand product specifications and user psychology.
- Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback.
- Develop wireframes and task flows based on user needs.
- Create user stories, personas, and storyboards.
- Determine information architecture and create sitemaps.
- User Interface Design:_
- Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets.
- Build page navigation buttons and search fields.
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness).
- Collaboration and Communication:_
- Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Collaborate with other designers and stakeholders to ensure consistency and quality of designs.
- Communicate scenarios, end-to-end experiences, interaction models, and screen designs with other members of the team.
- Participate in regular design reviews and be ready to clearly rationalize and justify design work.
- Design System Management:_
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images.
- Maintain and contribute to a design system of patterns, components, and styles.
- Motion Design and Micro-Interactions:_
- Utilize motion design skills to create engaging micro-interactions and transitions for both mobile and web interfaces.
- Problem-Solving and Design Decision Making:_
- Employ systematic problem-solving methods to identify design issues and explore viable solutions.
- Make design decisions based on thorough analysis, user feedback, and best practices in UI/UX design.
- Work collaboratively with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to resolve design challenges and achieve project goals.
- Design System Development and Maintenance:_
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of comprehensive design systems, style guides, and UI libraries to ensure consistency and cohesion in design across all platforms and products.
- Collaborate with other designers to continually improve and evolve our design systems.
- Ensure all designs adhere to the established design system and style guide.
- Web Accessibility and Inclusive Design:_
- Incorporate web accessibility standards in all design work to create inclusive interfaces that cater to all users, including those with disabilities.
- Stay updated with the latest accessibility guidelines and best practices in inclusive design.
- Advocate for accessibility within the team and ensure that it remains a priority in all design decisions.
- UX Writing:_
- Write clear, user-focused copy for interface components including button labels, error messages, instructional text, and more.
- Collaborate with content strategists to ensure that all copy within the UI enhances the user experience and aligns with the overall content strategy.
- Employ UX writing best practices to create an intuitive and efficient user interface.

**Requirements**:

- A portfolio showcasing knowledge in web and mobile UI/UX design.
- Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture.
- Proficient in design software (e.g. Figma, Adobe XD).
- Basic Knowledge of HTML/CSS & JavaScript is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a creative approach.
- Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Ability to present design concepts and iterate based on feedback.
- Good time-management skills. Micro Manage Mindset.
- Familiarity with tools - Figma, wordpress, cpanel

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
