**Job Summary**:
Join our IT team as a UI/UX Designer, contributing to the success of technology initiatives. We seek a creative individual with a focus on IT solutions, proficient in design tools, and experienced in website and software design.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **User Research**: Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points. Use this data to inform design
- decisions.
- **Wireframing and Prototyping**: Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize and communicate design
- concepts.
- **Information Architecture**: Develop and maintain an intuitive information architecture to ensure users can easily navigate theproduct or website.
- **User Interface Design**: Design user interfaces that are visually appealing, user-friendly, and consistent with the brand's identity.
- **Interaction Design**: Define and design interactions, animations, and transitions that enhance the user experience. Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs and improve usability.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, to ensure designalignment with business goals.
- **User-Centered Design**: Champion user-centered design principles throughout the design process.
- **Responsive Design**: Ensure designs are responsive and functional on various devices and screen sizes. Accessibility: Design interfaces that are accessible to users with disabilities, following WCAG guidelines.
- **Documentation**: Create design specifications, style guides, and design system components for development teams.

**Additional Details**:

- **Job Type**:Full-time role in Delhi NCR
- **Working Days**:5 days working week
- **Location**:On-site in Delhi NCR
- **Education**: B.Tech, B.E & BA (preferred)
- **Required Experience**: 4-5 years
- **Notice Period**:Immediate joiner preferred
- **Language**:English communication skills are mandatory
- **Working Hours**: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Indian Standard Time (IST)
- **Work Schedule**: 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in UI/UX design, graphic design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies, such as HTML and CSS, is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills. A strong portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design work
