Operations Supply Growth Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supply Growth Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for driving supply growth, managing on-ground operations across cities, handling fleet acquisition & retention, supporting cross-functional teams, and leading driver engagement initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Fleet Acquisition & Retention: Develop strategies to onboard new and active drivers, identify supply gaps within different areas, and establish new channels of acquisition.
  • Supply Growth Management: Build and maintain healthy supply in cities, manage large fleets for acquisitions and retentions, and conduct market share analysis to improve our footprint in the market.
  • Cross-Functional Team Support: Collaborate with GTM, marketing, legal, and GR teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Driver Engagement: Establish relationships with local authorities for effective supply management, search, hire, and retain offline and online recruiters, and develop strategies to onboard new and active drivers.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership skills with at least 3 years of experience managing large operational teams across different cities/regions.
  • Grittiness: willingness to tackle hands-on challenges.
  • Able to solve and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and qualitative skills to use data for solving operational challenges.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of the supply ecosystem in a consumer tech environment.
  • Startup experience is required.
