Operational Procurement plays a vital role in ensuring the success of our business by managing end-to-end transactional procurement processes, improving process reliability and service levels, increasing overall quality and automation, and capturing value on key focus areas.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain management principles, excellent negotiation skills, and experience with SAP modules. They will be responsible for daily operations, including managing day-to-day procurement activities, overseeing process improvements, and ensuring timely and accurate processing of procurement requests.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or a related field, as well as 3+ years of indirect spend procurement experience. Additionally, knowledge of Shared Services Center procurement procedures is desirable.

Beyond technical skills, you must be able to collaborate effectively with internal departments and vendors, communicate complex ideas clearly, and adhere to operational procedures and standardized processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field
  • 3+ years of indirect spend procurement experience
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • SAP module knowledge and experience
  • Desirable working experience in a Shared Services Center procurement procedures
