Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing order servicing for regional sales teams, ensuring timely issue resolution within a defined customer service framework. They will validate demand over the horizon and assign prioritization to orders/customers based on demand/orders available and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage order servicing for regional sales teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Validate demand over the horizon and assign prioritization to orders/customers.
  • Analyze and validate orders with POs, LCs, artwork details, SKU codes, IL checks, and manufacturing license checks.
  • Monitor order status in systems and gather information on scheduling, material receipt, and dispatch schedules.
  • Highlight potential issues affecting defined timelines and take end-to-end ownership of assigned orders.
  • Coordinate shipment planning with logistics teams to mitigate risks and delays.
  • Attend meetings to gather data and updates on open orders and their status.
  • Identify and resolve issues such as artwork approval, batch size, and minimum order quantity through cross-functional meetings.
  • Analyze outstanding/open orders for priority customers and prioritize orders/customers based on defined parameters.

Supply Chain Technology and Automation:

  • Identify opportunities for implementing IT & automation in order management processes to improve supply chain visibility.
  • Drive the implementation and rollout cycle for IT & technology automations within SCM jointly with IT.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and Reporting (VBA Macros, Power BI)
  • Good understanding and experience of Supply Chain essentials, preferably in Pharma
  • Ability to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions
  • SAP Knowledge Essential
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills
  • Decision-making, ability to prioritize on a dynamic basis
  • Negotiation skills/conflict resolution
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
