Procurement Specialist

 

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned procurement expert to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading vendor management and procurement activities across multiple regions.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8+ years of experience in procurement for real estate, interiors, or construction services and supplies.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead vendor management and procurement activities across multiple regions.
  • Evaluate commercial bids and prepare comparative statements to support strategic purchasing decisions.
  • Ensure timely procurement of long-lead and other materials with a focus on quality and cost efficiency.
  • Oversee supply chain operations to maintain consistent material flow for uninterrupted project execution.
  • Negotiate and enforce appropriate terms and conditions in all purchase agreements.
  • Approve and monitor Purchase Orders (POs) for accuracy and alignment with project needs.
  • Coordinate logistics to guarantee materials are delivered to sites on time.
  • Validate vendor invoices in coordination with the accounts team to ensure timely processing.
  • Authorize advance and cash payments aligned with company policy.
  • Ensure submission of warranty certificates by vendors for project handover.
  • Develop and monitor project and material schedules.
  • Promote and enforce procurement best practices as per the organization's quality processes.

  • Strong analytical and financial skills; capable of interpreting complex data and performing in-depth cost analyses.
