Job Title: Supply Chain Operations Specialist

Location: Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad

Experience: 3+ Years

Job Description:
  • Proven experience in managing complex supply chain processes with a minimum of 1-2 full implementation cycles or extensive experience managing support and enhancements in Kinaxis Rapid Response.
  • Deep technical knowledge of the solution, workflows, and data flows.
  • Extensive functional experience in supply chain processes including S&OP, Demand-Supply Planning, Inventory Management, and Production Planning.
  • Experience in overall solution design and development in Kinaxis Rapid Response.
  • Effective collaboration with business stakeholders to understand and translate requirements into effective solutions.
  • Mentoring and leading junior developers to deliver high-quality functionality and executing quality reviews.
  • Professional certifications such as Kinaxis Author – Level 1, Level 2/3, and Solution Consultant 1.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Expertise in supply chain management with a focus on S&OP, Demand-Supply Planning, and Inventory Management.
  • Proficient in Kinaxis Rapid Response with experience in implementing and managing complex solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Leadership and mentoring skills with ability to lead and guide junior team members.
