Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate new hire onboarding waves to ensure high performance and growth.
- Deliver quality learning experiences through motivated facilitation.
- Coach agents during on-the-job training and nesting.
- Engage and motivate new hires to improve their overall experience.
- Analyze wave performance to stakeholders, identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Must have skill: GDS/Airlines Preferred, OTA Required.
- Ideal contact center/customer service experience.
- Adult learning theory comprehension.
- Strong interest in facilitation and agent performance combined with an interest in enabling learning activities.
The ability to develop effective working relationships with stakeholders and other teams is essential. Comfortable working with numbers and making data-driven decisions is also required. Fluency in English and excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary. Additional languages are a plus. A good understanding of learning infrastructure and relevant domain-specific technology solutions is beneficial. Being a team player and collaborative is crucial. A positive attitude is essential for success in this role.
