  • Proficiency in instructional design models like ADDIE, SAM, or Bloom's Taxonomy.
  • E-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
  • Scripting, storyboarding, and integrating multimedia elements.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • LMS platforms and SCORM-compliant content development.
  • Writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
  • Visual design sensibility and attention to detail.
  • Stakeholder management and team collaboration skills.
  • Designing for accessibility (WCAG guidelines).
  • Knowledge of gamification, scenario-based learning, and microlearning strategies.
  • Familiarity with video editing tools and animation software.
  • Basic HTML/CSS skills for content formatting and troubleshooting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communication, or a related field.
  • Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related specialization.
