Job Title: Strategic Learning Catalyst

 

About the Role:

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and delivering impactful learning experiences that drive business outcomes. This role requires a strategic thinker with a builder's mindset and strong execution capabilities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learning Strategy & Design:
    • Develop and implement end-to-end learning journeys that are aligned with business strategy and impact measurable business outcomes.
    • Continuously evolve programs to inspire, challenge, and equip employees with critical skills for future relevance.
  • Strategic Business Partnership:
    • Collaborate with Business Leaders to identify capability gaps and align learning programs to meet organizational needs.
    • Act as a trusted advisor, embedding learning as a driver of growth and innovation.
  • Leverage Technology & Analytics:
    • Deploy LMS platforms and AI-powered tools to personalize and scale learning.
    • Use data insights to track effectiveness and continuously improve learning strategies.
  • Team Leadership & Enablement:
    • Lead, coach, and empower a team of Learning Champions to deliver high-quality initiatives.
    • Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and empathy within the team.
  • Industry Certifications & Skill Differentiation:
    • Manage certification pipelines to ensure employees are not just certified, but market-ready and competitively advantaged.

 

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in HR, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • MBA preferred, but a proven track record of driving business outcomes through impactful learning strategies is essential.
  • 8-12 years of experience in Learning Enablement, L&D, or Organizational Development, with expertise in LMS platforms and digital learning solutions.
  • Exposure to high-growth or tech-forward environments is beneficial.
