Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our Payment Solutions Platform team in sales and operations.

  1. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, inside sales, NGO onboarding, and donor support for our payment solutions platform.
  2. This role will also involve serving as a key account manager, resolving escalated concerns from NGOs, and finding bottlenecks in existing processes to offer tangible solutions.
  3. The Business Development Manager will work closely with the CEO to review and streamline daily activities and employee performance.
  4. Additionally, this role involves managing and recruiting teams as required for replacement or growth.
