Compensation and Benefits Leader Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic Compensation and Benefits leader to drive our global compensation, benefits, and rewards strategy.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience in developing and executing comprehensive global compensation frameworks and strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Compensation Framework Development: Design, develop, and implement a global compensation framework that aligns with business goals and competitive market practices.
  2. Differentiated Rewards Programs: Oversee the creation and continuous improvement of differentiated rewards programs, including short-term incentives (STIPs), long-term incentives (LTIPs), and executive compensation.
  3. Job Architecture: Develop and implement a comprehensive job architecture model to ensure consistent and equitable job classifications, structures, and career progression paths across the organization.
  4. Global Benchmarking: Conduct global compensation benchmarking to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent in the industry.
  5. Compensation Surveys: Lead the development of compensation surveys, cost models, and market analysis to ensure that compensation packages are aligned with global industry standards and company objectives.
  6. Benefits Administration: Administer and manage global benefits programs, ensuring consistency and competitiveness across regions while aligning with employee needs and organizational goals.
  7. Analytical Support: Provide detailed analytical support and insights for compensation planning, budgeting, and forecasting, including the preparation of costing models for compensation strategies.
  8. Communication: Lead the communication of total rewards programs to employees, ensuring clarity, understanding, and alignment with organizational culture.
