Job Title

Client Success Associate Job Summary:

  • Developing innovative solutions for client servicing in an agency environment.

We are looking for a Client Success Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have up to 3 years of experience in client servicing and be proficient in social media platforms, their functionalities, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Working on key brands and contributing to the creation of digital experiences.
  2. Driving content strategy that is in sync with the brand's philosophy and objectives across multiple platforms like Instagram, and Facebook.
  3. Understanding stakeholders and creating communication for different cohorts.
  4. Possessing the skill to understand client feedback and provide strategic inputs to the design and content teams.
  5. Establishing a rapport and possessing excellent project management skills.

What Your Workday Will Look Like:

  1. Campaign content creation on various digital platforms while working closely with design and content teams.
  2. Developing innovative solutions including content management and maintenance of the brand's digital platforms.
  3. Preparing reports on a monthly basis with quantitative as well as qualitative analyses of the brand to enhance future strategies.
  4. Utilizing Analytics to analyze and monitor the effectiveness of campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Client Servicing team member or a similar role, preferably with an agency background.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their functionalities, and best practices.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative social media strategies.
