We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Coordinator to support our daily activities. This role will combine financial, HR, and administrative responsibilities, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and organize invoices in a timely manner.
  • Record expenses under the correct categories.
  • Create project-wise profit and loss statements.
  • Provide clear summaries of the overall profit and loss for all markets and projects
HR & Payroll:
  • Draft and issue offer letters.
  • Process monthly salary payments.
  • Deduct tax deductions and other statutory compliances where applicable.
  • Support basic HR and people operations tasks.
Administration:
  • Manage travel bookings and logistics.
  • Handle paperwork and documentation.
  • Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks.
Requirements:
  • Background in finance, accounts, or business administration.
  • Comfort with basic HR and payroll processes.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (spreadsheets, docs, etc.).
  • Attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records.
  • A team player who is also capable of working independently.
