
Office Operations Coordinator

As an Office Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing office supplies, printing stocks, and placing orders after negotiations. You will also arrange travel and accommodations for the team, ensuring suitable and safe options.
You will coordinate with vendors in different parts of the country to support program needs and negotiate the best rates for the organization. Additionally, you will organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents and be available to answer queries by employees on travel updates.
Other responsibilities include booking meeting rooms, distributing and storing correspondence, supervising junior staff, supporting other teams, and ensuring venue/hall bookings for events and conferences.

Bachelor's degree with 5-6 years of relevant field preferred.
Proven experience as an Administrative Executive or similar role.
