We are seeking an experienced Administrative Professional to join our team as a Junior Office Coordinator.
About the Role:- Administrative Support: Provide exceptional administrative support to senior executives, including travel coordination, office management, and record keeping.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including colleagues, clients, and vendors.
- Event Planning: Plan and organize corporate events, meetings, and conferences.
About You:
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry.
- Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail and accuracy, ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
