We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Scheduler to plan and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring smooth operations.
About the Role
As a Maintenance Scheduler, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating maintenance activities across various departments, utilizing your exceptional organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Outlook), and knowledge of SAP. Experience with Primavera P6 is also essential.Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure optimal resource allocation and minimize downtime
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize maintenance tasks
- Develop and maintain accurate schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks
- Analyze and resolve scheduling conflicts, proposing alternative solutions when necessary
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance scheduling, or related field
- Proven expertise in using Primavera P6, Microsoft Office, and SAP
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team
