The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading and executing high-impact performance media campaigns across paid search, social media advertising, Google Display Network, and other digital channels to achieve client objectives and maximize return on investment.

- Oversee all aspects of campaign management, including campaign setup, bid management, budget allocation, performance optimization, and reporting.

- Possess strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data, identify optimization opportunities, and generate actionable insights for clients.

- Collaborate closely with account management, creative, and analytics teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and delivery.

- Manage client relationships, effectively communicate campaign performance, and exceed client expectations.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations in the digital advertising landscape.

Requirements:

- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in performance media management, with a proven track record of success in driving results for large clients across diverse industries.

- Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and other leading performance media platforms.

- Strong understanding of programmatic advertising and DSPs (a plus).

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Top-notch communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.

- Proven project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

- A data-driven and results-oriented mindset.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

- Experience in managing large digital media budgets.

- Experience working with a cross-functional agency team.

- Knowledge of marketing attribution and measurement models
