About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled digital media strategist to deliver on our brand and business goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating customized media solutions/products/mechanisms to drive media attributable business growth in a fast-paced multifaceted environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop annual media strategies that capture budgeting, media mix, audience strategy, growth partnerships, and an annual calendar for each marketing intervention.
  • Lead end-to-end 360 marketing campaigns (strategy to planning to execution to optimization to performance analysis).
  • Collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders (brand marketing, research, business teams, performance marketing) to maximize cross-functional efforts for each campaign.
  • Demonstrate mastery in verbal and written proficiency.

A Day in the Life:

  • Manage internal and external stakeholders by setting expectations on timelines, media outputs, and expected brand/business outcomes.
  • E nsure each work-stream (driven independently or for the overall org) is on track by creating effective mechanisms for tracking, allocating responsibilities, and internal escalations.
  • Continuously monitor daily media output to brand/business outcomes to make optimization choices to meet campaign objectives.
  • Participate in meetings/discussions across teams within the org to share learnings (established playbooks), provide strategic POV on media, and co-own brand/business goals with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables).
  • Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns.
  • Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams.

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Experience in multi-territory campaign management.
  • Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 per annum.
