As a key financial strategist, you will be responsible for leading the company's financial operations and driving growth in the premium market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Strategy & Planning
  • Develop annual budgets and forecasts to advise leadership on cost optimization and ROI analysis.
  • Monitor cash flow and liquidity to ensure fiscal discipline and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with procurement and operations to track material costs and vendor payments.
  • Implement cost control measures across the supply chain and manufacturing units.
  • Recommend and implement financial systems to streamline documentation and approval workflows.
  • Analyze financial data to support strategic decisions and performance reviews.
  • Prepare monthly reports and variance analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
  • Cordinate internal and external audits.
  • Manage day-to-day accounting and invoicing.
  • Advise leadership on financial matters.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications & Skills:
  • CA / MBA (Finance) / CMA preferred.
  • 5–10 years in financial management, preferably in manufacturing or construction.
  • Budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, compliance, Excel, Tally/SAP.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, strong communicator.
  • Excellent communication, and presentation skills.
