Lead Financial Strategist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies that support our business objectives.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead FP&A to ensure accurate financial forecasting and analysis.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes to optimize financial performance.
  • Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow and working capital to ensure optimal financial health.
  • Financial Operations & Risk Management: Establish financial controls and governance policies to mitigate risk.
  • Financial Reporting: Lead financial reporting and auditing processes to ensure accuracy and transparency.
  • Treasury Management: Oversee treasury management functions, including cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning.
  • Investor & Stakeholder Relations: Provide regular financial insights to investors and key stakeholders.
  • Presentations & Performance Reports: Prepare presentations and performance reports for investment discussions.
  • Due Diligence: Lead financial and operational due diligence to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Process & Technology Optimization: Implement financial technology solutions to streamline operations.
  • Automation & Efficiency: Drive automation and efficiency in financial reporting and compliance.
  • Leadership & Team Development: Lead and mentor a finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial goals with business growth.
Requirements:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance.
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in financial leadership roles.
  • Strong expertise in financial modeling, and investor relations.
  • Proven experience in liaising with banks and financial institutions.
  • Experience in manufacturing, technology, or aerospace industries is a plus.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and financial analysis tools.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
