Job Title: Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

As a key member of our Finance team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic financial planning and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans to drive business growth and improve profitability.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify areas of improvement and provide actionable recommendations to senior management.
  • Business Partnership: Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve company objectives.

Requirements:

  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in MS Excel and excellent numerical ability.
    • Strategic thinking, problem-solving ability, and stakeholder management.
    • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis/Business Finance.
