Senior Financial Leadership Opportunity

Are you a seasoned financial professional with expertise in capital structuring, optimal financing options, and overall financial strategy? We are seeking an experienced executive to lead and manage our company's finance functions.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Manage the accounting and finance departments to ensure accurate financial reports and timely compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee daily operations of the accounting team, including regular accounting, Tally management, GST and TDS filing, MIS, cash flow, and vendor ledger work.
  • Develop and implement best practices for strong fiscal management, project coordination, cross-team communications, and workflows.
  • Ensure operational compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Manage direct and indirect tax compliance, internal and external audits, invoicing, and payments.
  • Take responsibility for all cash management, investments, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Lead development of annual operating, capital, and program budgets, as well as reporting for the same.
  • Monitor business performance using tracking tools, establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports for earnings calls, management teams, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Experience:
  • Five or more years in senior financial and commercial roles.
  • Minimum 2 years in executive leadership/team handling role.
  • Qualifications:
  • CA qualification or Master's degree (or equivalent experience) in accounting, business accounting, or finance.
  • Understanding of advanced accounting, regulatory issues, and tax planning.
  • Working knowledge of how to raise capital through equity sale and traditional lines of credit.
  • Experience in handling fund raise mandates, due diligence, and investor relations.
  • Experience in accounting and ERP software along with OMS tools.
