Key Role: Financial Forecasting and Analysis

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, financial statement analysis, and investment strategies.

  • They should have strong knowledge of treasury best practices, including financial regulations, tax codes, and compliance requirements.
  • A Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, management, or finance is required, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience with BI tools for reporting and analysis, as well as proficiency in treasury management systems (TMSs) and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, is essential.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily cash positioning activities, including managing daily liquidity, cash position reconciliation, and bank reporting.
  • Ensure sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements.
  • Develop a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over treasury activities and provide support for regulatory reporting.

The successful candidate will have 4+ years of experience and a strong background in treasury management, financial modeling, and accounting. They should be proficient in using ERP systems, TMS, and data visualization platforms to enhance decision-making and tracking of KPIs.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, management, or finance.
  • MBA or advanced degree in business, finance, or management.
  • Relevant certifications such as CA, CMA.
