Job Title: Senior Memory Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Memory Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing memory compilers layouts and memory Fast Cache instances layouts for our next generation Cores.

This is an exciting opportunity to drive outstanding Performance, Power, and Area (PPA) achievements. As a Senior Memory Architect, you will work closely with our engineering team to review schematics and propose changes based on layout implications.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop memory compilers layouts and memory Fast Cache instances layouts for our next generation Cores.
  • Work on optimizing PPA by exploring possible floor planning options and proposing improvements.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to review schematics and propose changes based on layout implications.
  • Apply your expertise in SRAM / memory layouts creation and backend verifications including EMIR analysis.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent Engineering Degree from a University or Engineering School.
  • Strong understanding of CMOS Transistors, their behaviors, and CMOS logic design and layout.
  • Experience in trade-offs between Power, Performance, and Area in typical CMOS design.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • 5+ years of experience in SRAM / memory layouts creation and backend verifications including EMIR analysis.
Nice To Have Skills:
  • Basic knowledge of scripting languages such as Perl.
  • Experience working on Cadence or Synopsys flows.
